AI Chatbots & Voice Assistants

A better conversation.
A clear way forward.

Shape conversational experiences for customer support, product guidance and appointment enquiries. Plan the approved knowledge, supported channels and handoff to a person as one connected journey.

Overview

Plan the conversation
and the next useful action.

Chat and voice assistants help people find answers or move through an agreed task. Their usefulness depends on the knowledge they can access, the requests they can handle and how clearly they hand over when a conversation needs a person.

We design conversational journeys for support, product guidance and enquiries, connecting approved information and relevant business services. Supported channels, misunderstood requests, escalation and review are planned together, so the experience remains clear beyond the ideal exchange.

Fields of Expertise

Conversations with purpose.
A clear path to a person.

People repeatedly ask similar questions, need guidance or want help taking the next step without losing access to human support.

Conversation design & approved knowledge

Define supported questions, conversational flows and approved sources. Make the assistant’s role and limitations clear to users.

Chat or voice integration for agreed channels

Connect the agreed chat or voice channel to the relevant systems. Plan accessibility, response times and channel requirements.

Human handoff & conversation-quality tests

Provide a clear route to staff with useful context. Review unclear requests, interruptions and unsupported questions before release.

Conversation review & improvement

Review supported intents, failed journeys and escalation patterns. Keep knowledge updates, channel ownership and consent requirements in the operating plan.

We agree the information, systems, acceptance criteria and people involved before implementation begins.

Key Benefits

Make common conversations
easier to navigate.

Help people find routine information and reach the right next step without obscuring the assistant's limits.

A Clearer Starting Point

Guide people towards supported information or actions with an understandable conversational entry point.

More Consistent Routine Guidance

Use approved knowledge and defined intents to support common questions across the agreed channels.

Better Handoff Context

Carry the request and relevant conversation context to a person so the user has less to repeat.

Visible Conversation Gaps

Review unclear requests and failed journeys to identify where content or the underlying service needs improvement.

Get to know Engross

Intent-led Conversation Design

Define which requests the assistant supports and how it asks for clarification, rather than treating every message as an open-ended prompt.

Knowledge With an Owner

Connect approved content with named maintainers, so product changes and unsupported questions have a clear review path.

A Considered Human Handoff

Agree when the assistant should stop and transfer the conversation, carrying the useful context into the next step.

Channels Reviewed in Context

Plan AI disclosure, recording and retention needs alongside voice interruptions, language support and channel constraints.

FAQs

Frequently asked
questions.

Planning the knowledge, channels and handover behind a useful conversation.

Discuss your project
Can we start with chat and add voice later?

Yes, the scope can be staged. Voice adds requirements around speech quality, latency, consent, accessibility and provider capabilities that need a separate review.

Will it replace our support team?

The goal is to support a defined part of the service journey. Keep a clear route to staff for exceptions, sensitive issues and requests the assistant cannot handle.

Can it confirm appointments or change customer records?

Only if the authorised integration, business rules and approval requirements are explicitly included. A conversation alone is not confirmation that a booking or change has succeeded.

Can the assistant work across chat and voice channels?

The supported channels are selected around your audience, existing systems and integration options. Each channel needs its own interaction checks, including how users correct a request, provide context and reach a person.

How is the assistant's knowledge kept up to date?

We agree the approved sources, content owners and update process. Changes should be reviewed and tested against representative questions so outdated guidance or missing information can be identified before it affects the conversation.
